Privacy contact

Privacy questions about this website can be sent tocontact@fliptodigital.com.

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, this website sends an HTTP POST to its/api/contact endpoint. The endpoint validates the fields, checks a hidden anti-bot field and verifies a Cloudflare Turnstile security token before sending the enquiry through Resend to the configured FlipToDigital contact recipient.

The email address you provide is used as the message's Reply-To address so FlipToDigital can respond. Enquiry answers are not put in URL query strings, and this website does not retain submissions in its own database. Resend and the email providers involved process the message under their own privacy terms before it reaches FlipToDigital.

FlipToDigital uses enquiry information to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a quote and take steps you request before a possible contract. If the form is unavailable, the page provides an explicit secondary link to the contact email address.

How long enquiry information is kept

The contact Function does not retain submissions in a database. Messages delivered to the contact inbox and its email service may be kept only while they are needed to respond, prepare or discuss a quote, manage any work that follows, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable record-keeping obligation. Messages that no longer serve one of those purposes should be removed.

Website delivery

This website is deployed through Cloudflare Pages, with deployment and DNS managed by the operator. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. SeeCloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its own processing.

Cookie consent and local storage

This site stores your cookie preference in your browser under the keyf2d:consent. The record contains the consent version, your decision, analytics choice and the time the choice was saved. It stays on your device and is used only to remember that choice.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its script does not load and no analytics request is sent unless you accept Analytics in the cookie controls. If accepted, it can collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, and session data.

We use analytics to understand which pages and services are useful and where the website needs improvement. We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry messages or form-field values to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

Google provides more information in itsprivacy policy andAnalytics data collection guidance.

Changing your analytics choice

Use the Cookie settings control at the bottom-left of any page. Rejecting or switching Analytics off stops further Analytics tracking on the current page, prevents the script from loading on future page views and removes the Google Analytics cookies that this site can access. See thecookie policy for the current storage list.

Other websites

Links to social networks, research sources and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This site does not embed those services merely by showing a link.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

Contact contact@fliptodigital.com to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office throughico.org.uk.

Keeping this information accurate

This notice must change when the website’s forms, analytics, hosting or other data-handling behaviour changes. The live behaviour takes priority over old WordPress policy wording that no longer describes this site.
